Principle Accountabilities

To deliver efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support for line manager and direct reports within Insurance UK structure.

Professional representation of Insurance UK in all transactions.

Customers/Stakeholders

Liaise effectively and efficiently with all levels, both internally and externally, through various communication channels.

· Effective relationship building.

Leadership and Teamwork

Working one-to-one and part of a team to support the Insurance UK Products Team, Act as an ambassador for Insurance UK.

· Champion team engagement.

Qualifications :

Operational Effectiveness and Control

· 
Compliance with and continual reassessment of all internal, mandatory, regulatory requirements and operational risks.

· 
Timely and accurate control of administrative tasks.

·  Feedback from stakeholders.
· 
HR administration and the monitoring of completion of HR processes.

· 
Coach and assist line managers through HR transactions.

· 
Travel, expenses and diary management, recruitment process cost management, administrative support required for meetings.

·  Team coordination of administrative tasks.
· 
Adherence to relevant procedures in a timely manner, keeping appropriate records.

· 
The jobholder is required to work closely with management and provide judgement of diary management.

· 
The jobholder is required to be confidential when dealing with sensitive information.

The location of this role is: 8CS, London OR Whiteley
