We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe Digital Product Owner .

Principal responsibilities

·
​Understand and contribute towards the broader PayMe strategy by studying the products performance, market condition and bringing in best practices from outside of PayMe

·
Work with the wider product team to define products and features that meet our short and medium term objectives

·
Articulate and present requirements to technical and non technical stakeholders to get their buy in and support

·
Work with design assets and platforms to define features and user flows

·
Use JIRA and Confluence to document features and to write stories with a clear acceptance criteria, using BDD, so scrum teams can estimate and complete work

·
Operate as a lead within scrum teams, running key forums such as grooming, to make sure everyone is driving towards a single goal

·
Understand and follow governance processes to ensure features comply with, for example, risk and fraud standards within the bank

·
Create and maintain business models and business cases as needed to support product investment decisions

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
​An intense interest in innovation and new solutions within the payments industry and ability to appreciate their likely impact

· 
Relevant experience in business analysis within digital products and a track record of driving product development

· 
An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and to understand why things happen

· 
Deep understanding of Agile delivery and quality software engineering processes and practices

· 
Proficient in best practices for user centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of User Experience and User Interface systems, principles and design trends across web, mobile and service design

· 
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for product, technical and design decisions

· 
Experience in intrapreneurial projects and agile environments within the contexts of a larger corporate governance structure
