We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor / Officer Team Leader Outbound CC Inhouse Sales

 

Responsibilities:


The Manager CC Outbound mainly responsibility to deliver best offered solution to customers which fulfilling their needs. This range of product will be offered through telephony activity, by Outbound agent within working hours. Ability to run the call campaign properly and solicit the leads for product offering to the right target segment at the right time as a key for optimum result on the offer. It also involving creative and motivational activity to ensure agent’s morale always at the peak

Information

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Indonesia Citizen only
·  Must have education standard to at least Bachelor and be of a legal working age
·  Min 2 years’ experience on Managing Outbound Tele sales.
·  Excellent communication skills and is always polite and friendly.
·  Experience in Managing large group of agents, with supervision to team manager.
·  Ability to use proper MI report as tools on driving the actions. 
·  Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
·  Ability to multitask, work well under pressure , work in a high-volume and fast paced environment is required.
·  Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialized applications
·  Ability to write, mastery and present report.
