We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
​

​ The job holder will be responsible to support various mortgage servicing tasks which have constraints to be outsourced according to Regulatory Compliance's comments, including:
- provide quality and efficient service in mortgage servicing processes
- accomplish periodic regulatory return and reporting and ad-hoc regulatory survey
- support migration project and other mortgage process improvement initiatives

- conduct quality assurance for processes owned by mortgage operations

- assist line manager in other team management tasks

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​​- Bachelor degree holder with 2-3 years experience in mortgage business service, finance, economics.
- Have good HUB knowledge and Microsoft Office skill
- Service mindset, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong problem solving capability and can work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with quick learning ability
- Be able to influence others with leadership skill
- Good command of English reading and writing
