We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Cheque Processing .

Principal responsibilities

· Monitor the process and print of cheques including but not limited to cashiers order, demand draft
· Perform quality checking of Cheque Outsourcing Service cheque and ensure all products of daily operations meet with cut off time
· Prepare the screening process, handle return mail and cancelled instrument. Manage the exceptional cases
· Prepare daily and monthly statistics, report and monthly billing
· Handle enquiries and email for Cheque Outsourcing Service product with internal and external customers
· Reconcile the suspense account

Requirements

·  Knowledge on general banking practices
·  Effective interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation skills
·  A proactive team player, possess good communication skills, both verbal and written
·  Competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and other applications
