We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Advise and support the Retail Banking & Wealth Management (RBWM) branch strategy, focusing on the transformation into a digitally evolved mobile centered bank which will involve significant change in the real estate portfolio – location, size, number, functions performed within the branch etc.
· Responsible for leading, shaping, developing and maintaining the retail program from a Corporate Real Estate (CRE) perspective, which defines the target state for the network and the actions required to get there.
· Be a credible business partner to RBWM by providing proactive advice on ways in which CRE can support their business through good understanding of the retail network and how it works, latest initiatives, competitor and industry trends, and downstream impact on CRE.
· Work with Estates, Capital Projects and CRE Finance functions in-country to drive consistent and integrated project activity/financial performance reporting for RBWM/CMB in the development and implementation of JPD Plans and Branch Formats for RBWM/CMB network.
· Have a high level of understanding of agreed retail network portfolio metrics and ensure consistency across RBWM/CMB and Global CRE reporting (including global and regional AOP constraints
· Ensure strategic insights and relevant results and issues escalated to ASP CRE leadership

· Align multiple and diverse stakeholder views to lead, shape, develop and deliver effective office optimisation plans
· Manage strategic and execution activity in a matrix environment
· Optimise space, location and cost within moving target plans and challenging property markets
· Develop (with global network support) effective communication and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate progress and highlight challenges etc. Having strong business and financial acumen to enable sound CRE recommendations or alternatives to business problems.
· Adapt complex regulatory environment

Interact with senior stakeholders within CRE and in Global Businesses and Functions
