We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

·  Responsible to deliver the design documents at L2/L3 level along with impact assessment of system changes due to business requirements.
·  Ensure adherence to standard risk / controls and drives teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, security controls and technology architecture designs.
·  Work closely with the HOST teams and the delivery PODs and to support the POD teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, dependencies.
·  Work with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies, and corresponding management of dependencies. Hands-on knowledge and experience of working on Jira, Confluence and Clarity (or similar project management tool) is a must.
·  Managing the design deliverables for a given release along with helping queries and issues from FT and UAT
·  Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.
·  Communicate with the relevant stake holder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects and for IT incidents for Services involved
·  Ensure implementation of continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement
·  Ensuring compliance with all relevant IT controls and standards including relevant Service Management Standard.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Good to have knowledge on Credit risk & Regulatory reporting
·  Advantage of having understating on RWA calculations on CRD-IV or B3.1 rules
·  Having the technical background on SQL, Cloud, and big data with knowledge of at least one programing language, preferred
·  Experience in using Jira and Confluence
