Principal Responsibilities

·  Distribution Channel Management - Monitor processing of transaction received through online Feeds from Channel Partners with whom we have tied up.  Handle queries & rejections from Channels liaising with RTA.
·  Distributor Commission computation verification and payment processes.
·  Support Digital applications maintenance and queries – Distributor Portal & Internal application.
·  Distributor payment and service-related queries received in External mailbox and internal dedicated mailbox.
·  Pan India Sales RMs/ISCs queries related to Distributors.
·  Commission monthly reconciliation.
·  Handle Internal and Concurrent Audits.
·  Periodical MIS
·  Distributor Onboarding and Due Diligence processes.

Requirements

·     Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills

·     Liaising Skills for effective coordination with RTA, Auditors & Branches.

·     Good at Excel & Power-point for preparing reports and workings.

·     Knowledge of local language will be an advantage to handle RTA.

·     Knowledge about usage of Power BI 

Any other additional Information:

A minimum of 1 – 3 years of Mutual Fund background

NSIM Certified or ability to complete the course within a month.
