Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Operation Support
To support tellers to handle and follow up the further processing.
To prepare daily and monthly reports according to the regulations and requirements for supervisor's checking, and forward to FIN, OPS or SAFE.
To assist officer to handle ATM.
To support counter to handle operations.

Back office support
To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order. To file the department related documents in a systematic order and assist the counter Executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works.

To maintain the gifts stored in the storage and control the incoming and outgoing of all the gifts.
To prepare buy-smart order for front-line and counter.
To handle monthly reimbursement for all the staffs in RBWM.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​Bachelor degree holder;
Previous working experience in counter service, account services, remittance or payment related process is preferred;

Quick learner and be able to work independently and under pressure;
Knowledge on local regulations is preferred;
Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
