Principal responsibilities
· Attend classroom training to get familiar with HACN different department and business insights
· Understand and familiar with the business / function strategy and act according to the corporate strategic priorities
· Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong motivation to learn the Bank's business, products and operations procedures
· Evaluate own performance and seek feedback from others to continuously improve own capability
· Provide necessary support to attached department / team to gain as much as experience
· Take initiative in upgrading knowledge and widening exposures, and drive self to deliver results
· Connect and work collaboratively with different stakeholders and deliver quality services to internal and / or external customers which meet the Bank's standards
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor or above degree with maximum 2 years' working experience
· Strong self-driving, can work independently under working pressure
· Good command of communication, interpersonal and analyzing skill
· Proficiency in both Chinese and English
