Desgination: Analyst

Location: Pune

Required Experience:

·
Experience in Identity and Access Management within large and complex organizations

·
Work independently within a multi-layered global organisation whilst managing multiple stakeholders

·
Documenting processes (Central BA only). Assess impact of proposed changes to enable execution. Stitch together, analyse existing processes to create and streamline new.

·
Work under pressure to strict deadlines with multiple competing priorities

·
Operate in a regulatory environment with auditors. Familiarity with maintaining auditable evidence.

·
Technical background; advise on design.

·
Critically review an application (example: WebEx with app team, look at account provisioning screens, determine if entitlement driven, permissions, etc.)

·
Structured thinking. Provide guidance on requirements specifications to ensure completeness, testable.

·
Be comfortable with data manipulation in Excel, such as text to columns, data manipulation of raw source data from flat files, extract from csv file, and write formulas in Excel to compare and check data.

·
Deliver walkthroughs, instruction guides, and knowledge transfer with application teams so they can provide required deliverables & interfaces to tooling.

·
Day to day contact for application team face-off.

·
Coordinate between app teams and Bridge 1IM, and GiAM teams

·
Maintain management information, such as where are we in the lifecycle of onboarding.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Desirable Experience/Skill:

· 
Working within a regulatory environment – 5 years

· 
Working within Identity and Access Management or IT Security – 2 years

· 
Experience working with GSR, GiAM, or One Identity

· 
Background in software development.

· 
Experience in managing changes in the way people work especially in using new systems.

· 
Defining, role mining, implementing, and managing roles within an Access Management tool.

· 
Exposure to Java, SQL (Any RDBMS but DB2 preferred), Websphere Application servers – 2 years

· 
Working knowledge of Unix, Linux, Shell scripting – 2 years
