Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Human Resource Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

· Consult with stakeholders to determine data requirements
· Generate data from relevant HSBC systems as well as external sources
· Participation on the design and delivery of reporting applications
· Conduct analysis to detect trends and anomalies
· Suggest remedial actions or escalate detections which give cause for concern
· Share information with stakeholders in suitable forms and these may be charts, tables or templates
· Participate in forums, meetings or events to interpret data and support decision making
· Where team management responsibility is required, Data Analysis job holders will manage the provision of developmental activity for team members and oversee their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​Significant experience within fast moving, complex and demanding corporate environments, with exposure to different markets, cultures and diverse regulatory frameworks
·  Demonstrates extensive experience and track record related field
·  Fluency in English is mandatory and the ability to speak local language is desirable
·  Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work under a tight schedule and pressure
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Highly proficient in Excel
·  Experience in using Success Factors is desirable
