We are seeking a competent administrator to join our Global Recognition team as Group Benefit Recognition Analyst . In this role, you will be responsible for the operational activity that supports the Global Recognition operating model in our key markets.

We are responsible for supporting the Performance & Rewards strategy, particularly on the “Rewards” and “Employee Benefits” work-streams within GSC&TC by providing expert advice and guidance on development, implementation, and review in the areas of Performance management, Rewards, and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for the accurate and timely management and operation of Global Recognition and Service Recognition processes and procedures, ensuring high-quality output
·  Adhering to quality control standards as stated in the Standard Operating Procedures and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
·  Supporting Global Service Owners with queries escalated through internal channels, connecting with the vendor and relevant internal parties to resolve them.
·  Contribute towards optimizing the Global Recognition / Service Recognition processes to ensure our ways of working are simple, effective and compliant.
·  Bring the HSBC purpose and values to life and make a positive impact to the team, HR function and wider community.
·  Ability to educate HR colleagues on relevant internal requirements and embed the associated processes and knowledge required to underpin consistent and compliant practices.
·  An understanding of Global Recognition / Service Recognition products and services in order to provide expert advice when required.

Requirements

Experience & Skills Required:

·  Highly organized with good record keeping and tracking skills
·  Strong Excel skills, with the ability to use formulas
·  Excellent written and verbal English and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
·  Operational background with a continuous improvement, customer-centric mindset.
·  An understanding of the Global Recognition / Service Recognition products would be beneficial
