We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Fund Administration Officer .

Principal responsibilities
· Assist and supervise a team of fund accountants in preparing fund valuations and administration.
· Responsible for checking calculations by subordinates and investment compliance monitoring
· Monitor reconciliation process for portfolio holdings and cash position
· Delivery of accurate and timely reports to clients and ensure requirements are met
· Adherence to internal and external risk management policies and procedures, which include banks policy and funds constitutive documents

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements ​
·  University graduate with a degree in accounting or related discipline
·  Experience in fund services, financial industry or banking industry
·  Good understanding and knowledge of the administration of unit trust, mutual fund, accounting, valuation, custody and banking services etc.
·  Excellent written and spoken English is preferable
·  Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with team player credentials
