We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Content Author .

Principal responsibilities
· Create, analyse and optimise required pages to provide best of the class customer experience
· Leverage data to review the effectiveness of content and further decision making
· Primary focus on China and Hong Kong markets
· Working as a team to ensure both business objectives and customer needs are met
· Help deliver output based on editorial calendar and other planned initiatives
· Ability to analyse and communicate key findings in analytics
· Ability to manage project work with ad hoc tasks
· Manage your own pipeline of work and ensure milestones are met
· Responsible for ensuring the success of pages by monitoring their performance and offering further options to optimise

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Retail Banking background is an advantage
·  Understand the challenges of serving small businesses, especially in China
·  Able to formulate content marketing strategy for business banking needs
·  Experience using content management systems and analytics tool
·  Experience delivering localized digital content across multiple platforms, especially mobile
·  Strong analytical, and planning skills
·  Ability to work with multiple teams while being able to manage projects independently
·  Innovative, ability to approach things differently to deliver goals
·  Strong relationship management and influencing skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
·  Able to read and write English and Chinese , including Simplified Chinese
