Job description
Performance Testing
The job holder will have to perform the following duties:
· Understand the systems being assessed and design the test strategies.
· Convert the “production like” test scenarios into automated scripts.
· Execute performance assessment and generate assessment results.
· Provide performance analysis to determine the bottleneck of the system.
· Communicate with stakeholders, including report writing, presentation of results and facilitating technical discussions to resolve issues.
· Lead and drive the performance engagement to complete on time with good quality.
· Act as SME in performance testing area to serve all the developers in Retail Products service lines.
Candidate Specifications :
Candidates should possess the following skills or qualification:
· Solid development experience in following programming languages: C, Java, VB, .NET, would be beneficial.
· Relevant work experience for following tools is massive plus. E.g.HP Performance Center,JMeter,Load Runner with Protocols, Web HTTP, Ajax True Client, Java Vuser, Shunra NV9, Wily.
· Relevant work experience in major platforms such as Linux, Windows, IBM i-Series or Mainframe domain is a plus.
·
Solid middleware operation experience on WebSphere and Oracle database.
Additionally – some experience on Cloud (AWS/GCP) and the aspects of performance testing on the cloud platform.
