Job description

Overview
The Hardware Asset Management team work closely with closely with third party suppliers creating effective both internal and external relationships to best support the installation and removal process for all PCs.
The team have responsibility for all assets ( desktops / laptops / tablets ) from cradle to grave totalling circa 73000 devices along with the Self Service estate ( ATMs / Paying In Machines / Express Banks ) circa
Providing support to a range of customers overseeing devices in various statuses mitigating risk and managing stock levels effectively.
Working closely with key stakeholders within various Global Business Functions to drive continuous improvement and maximise value out of these relationships.
Proficient in translating large analytical data sets that can be shared with key stakeholders

Asset Management team leader role in GR will have responsibility for –
· Being an escalation point for the two analysts in respect of queries from users whereby they are disputing having devices in an Off Network status.
· Co-ordinating the MI for the UK Managers pack for the weekly team meeting.
· Providing data for the annual LINK / VISA audits for the asset management requirements using a number of systems and data reports – Tanview / Mach Merge / All Machines.
· Approving the quarterly brokerage reports to allow devices within scope to be sold and off HSBCs asset register.
· Co-ordinating the Regional reporting for Asset Management providing weekly updates to all asset management team members within Europe.
· Co-ordinating Global Business Function reporting for Head of Client Services UK and Regional Support & Delivery Lead.
· Work closely with the UK team member from asset management on a 1 to 1 level to ensure requirements for the UK management team are met.
