System Administrator – Windows Production Support

• Responsible for understanding of functional requirements and translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Brainstorming with team leaders and peers on emerging technology trends, constantly question, clarify from teams and ensure that critical technology issues are surfaced and considered.
• Proactively identify problem situations and resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction. Interact with application teams and other infrastructure teams.
• Suggest & implement best-in-class industry practices in project, as applicable.
• Work with respective stakeholders for MIR and SIP
• Working experience on 1) Incident Management 2) Change Management 3) Problem ManagementIncident Management
Technical Skills
• Windows Operating system troubleshooting(2003/2008/2012)
• Agent troubleshooting (MacAfee, SCCM, Netbackup)
• DFS/NTFS file share permissions assignment and troubleshooting actions
• Server OS/Application related performance issues troubleshooting actions
• IIS basic configurations and SSL certificate renewals
• Cluster troubleshooting and configuration actions
• DHCP configuration and overview knowledge
• AD/DNS/Group Policy basic configuration and overview knowledge
• MS SQL cluster disk configuration and troubleshooting
• IBM/HP ILO configurations & troubleshooting activities
• RAID configuration and troubleshooting activities
• SAN Surfer / Power path basic configuration and troubleshooting.
• SQL/Citrix basic knowledge
• VSF/Disk Management Storage disk expansion activities
• SCCM package/patch deployment activities
• VM Servers resource up-gradation/NIC cards up gradation
• NIC teaming and troubleshooting
• Power shell Scripting
• VM Ware/ESX/Cloud Environment knowledge
