We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Content Management Administrator Assistant Manager
Principal responsibilities
· Build customer focused, engaging content in our Content Management System (CMS) according to supplied briefs.
· Ensure all content is accurate and adheres to copy and content standards.
· Troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues with the PWS and/or content management system
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at a local, regional and global level
· Local market stakeholders – PWS Lead, CVM, Customer & Marketing
· Regional stakeholders – Cross-functional teams, Customer and Marketing
· Global stakeholder – Global Customer & Marketing, Global Content and Global Public Website
· Other stakeholders – Risk, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, IT and Dynamic Platform
· Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams at a local, regional and global level
· Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within DMES Ops
· Proactively share best practice and knowledge around content management with relevant teams, providing insight and recommendations as appropriate
Requirements
· Experience of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management (AEM mandatory), e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, SEO, optimization.
· Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems, at least 3 years of specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
· Experience in sprint planning and Agile ways of working is advantageous
· Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues
· Experience in finance, banking or a regulated industry is advantageous
