We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Content Designer .

Principal Responsibilities

·  Consistency in brand tone of voice:
·  Ensure that all content across platforms maintains a consistent brand voice and tone, reflecting the brand’s values and personality and aligning with regional preference and cultural nuances
·  Cross-platform adaptability: 
·  Develop content that is adaptable across various platforms (inc. app, website and messaging) while maintaining its effectiveness and relevance
·  Customer-centric content creation:
·  Prioritise customer needs and preferences in content creation, focusing on delivering value and addressing customer pain points
·  Glanceable content: 
·  Create content that is easily scannable and digestible, allowing customers to quickly understand key information at a glance
·  Contextual relevance: 
·  Tailor content to the specific context of each platform and customer interaction, ensuring relevance and enhancing engagement with local audiences
·  Directional guidance: 
·  Provide clear and actionable guidance to customers throughout content, helping them navigate through products, services and information seamlessly
·  Continuous optimisation: 
·  Regularly analyse customer feedback and engagement metrics to optimise content performance and enhance the overall customer experience
·  Collaborative approach: 
·  Foster collaboration between all design, developer and product roles to ensure a seamless integration of content into the overall customer experience
·  Accessibility and inclusivity: 
·  Ensure that content is accessible to all customers, including those with disabilities, by following best practices for accessibility and inclusivity
·  Continuous learning and development: 
·  Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies and stay ahead of the curve in delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

·  Produce native, high-quality and accurate copy for digital journeys and webpage
·  Meet the business objective or customer satisfaction via digital copy
·  Work on multiple projects with relevant stakeholders, ensuring adequate and appropriate prioritisation
·  Review and optimise own and team’s work, assist team members by proofing output as required
·  Ensure all content presents an accurate overview of brand and is aligned to brand guidelines/tone etc
