Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
1. To understand the overall sales structure and plan in contact center with personal constructive view for future development
2. To work out the sales implementation plan and have a very clear communication with all CCSS staff, p.s. there should be no gap in the communication and understanding
3. To work with Academy team to ensure the training of sales is in place and well implemented.
4. To work out the accreditation mechanism of sales roles
5. To work out the KPI mechanism to for staff motivation
6. To produce the periodical sales MI and host the sales meeting to all CCSS managers
7. Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. At least 3-5 years working experience in sales role with satisfactory sales performance, CCSS experience preferred.
2. Responsible with strong ownership
3. Capable in both English and Mandarin
4. Good writing skill
5. Excellent communication skill
6. Solid knowledge of both banking and credit card
