We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- Manage CMB Branch Counter Service team under his/her supervison on overall counter related processing to ensure satisfactory service level

- 1st point of contact for issue escalation

- Receive issue escalation from business/customers

- Responsible for providing timely feedback to business/customers

- Coordinate capacity utilization and resources allocation against business priority to achieve high productivity and cost effectiveness by optimizing resource among counter service teams

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- With 5-year's or above experience in Branch Counter Service in which at least 3 years people management one.

- Demonstrate good capability to utilize resource allocation against business priority to achieve high productivity and cost effectiveness by optimizing resource.

- Be expertised in complying with regulations and maintaining good relationship with local regulators.

- Demonstrate high sense of risk control against maintaining smooth counter service operation.

- Good interpersonal skills and have good sense of customer servicing.

- Demonstrate commitment to professionalism and be a good team leader.
