We are now inviting qualified individuals to join the team in this specific role.

Principal responsibilities

· Responsible for end to end process of new account opening, closing, and maintenance on client information change. Ensure that the opening accounts for both domestic and foreign clients are completed in time.
· Gather information from various sections, create and customize necessary reports as agreed in Client's Service Level Agreement and send to clients. Ensure all information and statistics provided are accurate, presented in a professional style and sent in a timely manner.
· Record administration – ensure client's related information are properly and correctly record.
· Document management - Ensure Client's related documents are properly maintained and filed.
· Daily monitor news from 13 official sources and circulate the information to the team.
· Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of client's related items.
· Work closely with Client Executives to issue communication to clients mainly on items related to client's documentation and account details.
· Ensure an effective Operational Risk Management process is in place to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
·  Work experience in related fields especially Banking and Financial Business is a plus
·  Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·  Good interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
·  English proficiency is a must
