We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Lifecycle Management Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
· To guide the RM’s/CSE’s in identifying and documenting the information required to satisfy the Bank’s KYC due diligence policies and processes during client on boarding and account opening
· Executes and reviews negative media, sanctions and PEP alerts
· Check/identifies for discrepancies between the information held in the customer’s documentation and profile on the system
· Reviews and validated the quality of the due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) information on the bank’s customers, in line with HSBC policies at on boarding and periodic reviews
· Assisting with policy & procedural implementation and process improvements
· Preparation of MI using excel and report writing for Governance
· Assists with other tasks as required
Requirements
· Ideally some working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services industry
· Strong teamwork initiative
· Good research and communication skills
· Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet Explorer
· Minimum of a B.A. degree or relevant 3-5 years of work experience
· Strong English fluency and written skills needed for report writing and comprehension of source of wealth narratives
To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
