Performance Services provides HASE COO with dedicated, forward thinking, strategic ad-hoc and operational management support. Performance Services also plays a key role in driving staff engagement, operational support, financial planning & management information, and business administration for all Digital Business Services’ units.

 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as VIP Chauffeur ( 貴賓車司機 – 分區 )

Principal responsibilities

·  Provide limousine services for Area senior executives and assigned internal customers.
·  Ensure the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
·  Be responsible for chauffeuring passengers in a safety manner to destinations.
·  Perform routine vehicle inspections, report to manager for any necessary repairs or maintenance.
·  Handle unexpected situations such as vehicle breakdowns or incidents, in a calm manner and report to manager.
·  Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspection, usage, mileage, expenses claim, etc.
·  Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a professional driving manner.
·  Shift duty and work on holidays/ overtime are required.
·  Work arrangement maybe adjusted according to actual situation and operational needs.
·  提供貴賓車接送服務予分區高級行政人員及指定人員
·  負責日常保養及清潔，確保車輛內外整潔及性能良好
·  按工作之編排，安全接送貴賓往返目的地
·  按指示定期檢查車輛，發現車輛有問題時，須即時通知主管以安排車輛檢查及維修
·  在接送期間，如發生交通意外或特別事故時，須即時向主管通報
·  每月須填寫相關報表，包括車輛檢查保養紀錄，行車紀錄及報銷申請等
·  須遵守道路安全使用守則，保持良好及專業駕駛態度
·  遇意外時應冷靜處理，並立即通知主管尋求協助
·  須輪班及節假日工作/加班
·  工作安排有機會視乎實際情況而作出調整

Requirements

Requirements

·  Holder of a valid Hong Kong and Mainland driving license with good driving record.
·  2 years or above relevant driving experience on VIP limousine services.
·  Familiarity with the roads and traffic conditions in Hong Kong.
·  Customers oriented and with good communication skills.
·  Form 3 or above educational level, proficient in Cantonese and basic knowledge in English and Mandarin.
·  Required to wear uniform during work. Shift duty and work on holidays/ overtime are required. 
·  持有效本港及內地私家車駕駛執照(粵港澳機動車輛往來及駕駛人駕車批准通知書)，具良好駕駛紀錄
·  具2年或以上實際路面駕駛經驗         
·  熟悉香港各區道路及交通情況
·  服務態度佳，具良好溝通能力
·  中三或以上程度，操流利廣東話，須略懂英語及普通話
·  須穿著制服，須加班及假日輪班工作
