Business Finance and Financial Planning Analysis Manager is to assist SVP and Head of Business Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis and the team with responsibilities of providing the services (as below) and supporting senior managements for HSBC (Taiwan) strategies and development. 

- Be responsive to provide all diversified regular Financial Management Information (MI) and reporting timely with decent qualities and supporting business monthly forecast and annual target set-up to deliver insightful analysis to the senior management and businesses.
- Maximize the benefits of MI system with streamlining procedures to continuely improve efficiencies and effectiveness
- Support analysis of business area to provide recommendations to seize opportunities for growth and mitigate identified risks.
- Support disciplined cost management and portfolio return improvement to enhance bank and business performance
- Build and maintain business relationships to support strategic change in the business.
- Assist in the communication with Group and Regional shareholders and parties to ensure messages are properly cascaded.
- Fully support line manager for various Ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from businesses and senior management


1. University graduated or above
2. Have working experiences with Finance function in banking or related industry
3. Financial planning and analytical skills
4. Financial control and governance
5. Well communication and coordination
6. Relationships built up with businesses’ trustworthy and get creditabilities from senior management
7. Strong command of English.
