In this role, you will:
With the vision to be the most preferred foreign bank in China, one of the business strategies of RBWM is to enhance the sales and service culture and further expand customer base. This role is more focusing on developing and maintaining the channels for Jade customer acquisition. Given the limited branch outlets under prevailing regulations, business Development Team is one of the most important sales channels for customer acquisition and initial deposit chasing. Facing increasing intensive competition in the market, Business Development Team is required to proactively attend sales activities, closely follow-up and refer prospective customers to branch sales staffs for account opening , introduce professional wealth management services to the customers, and meanwhile ensure high quality sales and service standards and strictly compliant with all external laws/regulations and internal control guidelines/standards.
The job holder's role is the assistant of senior Customer Manager to lead a Business Development Team in implementing initiatives, maximizing productivity and contributing to the achievement of WPB strategy.
· To be responsible for the business development of Jade program
· To explore the third party partners and develop sales activities to acquire potential high quality customer and work with Jade Relationship Manager and CDO to convert the customer to Jade
· To closely work with MKT and Proposition team to develop the Jade program
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
At least 3 years' experience in supervisory role of sales function
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
Result driven and able to work under pressure
Good spoken and written English
