Role Title: Business Analyst
Business: Corporate Functions IT

Role Purpose / Description

- Work in an Agile & DevOps global team, handle application change request and/or production issue;
- Communicate with our stakeholders (business, product owner, etc) to identify needs and translate client requirements into specified agile user stories;
- Work closely with stakeholders and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of the business practices and system capabilities;
- Assist Pod Lead to manage activities within project delivery to the business within the agreed timeframes, cost and levels of quality;
- Assist Pod Lead to ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 year working experience in a consultancy or solutions analysis environment with specialization in business analysis
- Good understanding / experience of working in an Agile environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint or any other Publishing Platform
- Knowledge including but not limited to one of the following:
- ASP.Net (C#), HTML5, JavaScript
- Unit / Automation / Regression testing, Selenium
