Banking Sales and Services Officer

Retail Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and service outlets, including over 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Banking Sales and Services Officer.

Principal responsibilities

· Oversee the Operational Activities of the Branch in an efficient and effective manner and adhere strictly to established control procedures and internal guidelines
· Make good business judgments and risk-based decisions when dealing with exceptional cases, escalate when appropriate.
· Ensure customer's satisfaction through providing excellent customer services and resolving customer complaints intellectually and efficiently.

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Minimum 3 years' retail solid banking experience, with good knowledge of branch operations, risk and control management
·  Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
·  Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
