IBM seeks to hire a solution-oriented Automation Test Engineer that can handle the fast-past environment and skills to work on Cutting edge technologies. As a Automation Test Engineer, you will collaborate with DevOps and all Stakeholders to create high quality manual and automated test cases and ensure successful delivery of products through continuous delivery pipeline. Candidate will work with a group of peers and must have experience communicating effectively and meeting design goals. Candidate must be able to balance multiple job responsibilities simultaneously. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to test planning, manual test execution, test automation, test infrastructure design, scripting creation of tools, ensuring quality product releases, documenting test process and working on customer escalations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  1-3 years of experience in testing and automation related field
·  Proficiency in at least one progamming language (ex: Java, Python..)
·  Experience in designing & developing automated tests
·  Working knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, TestNG)
·  Good understanding of Web services and API Testing tools (Postman, JMeter)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  A self-starter & ability to work effectively in a team environment
·  Familiar with database technologies (SQL)
·  Proficient with Unix, Windows and Mac OS
·  Analytical Thinker with Problem solving capabilities
