Role Title : Associate Software Engineer I
Business: Global Banking & Markets IT

Roles and Responsibilities

· Clarify requirement from key business stake holders and sponsors in organized way
· Plan project activity with clear schdule
· Conduct project activity including solution communication, setup test environment and implement production release etc. on schedule
· Provide support for production issue if any

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

·  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Proficiency in verbal and written English.
·  Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery.
·  Good relationship management skills, sound technical knowledge on SQL, basic program knowledge of any language
·  Excellent problem solving and service support skills
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
·  Quick learner

Ideal Experience (following skills/experiences would be an added advantage)

·  Sound understanding of a functional programming language
·  Understanding of Foreign Exchange and Money Market products and life cycle
·  Working in a global team with different cultures
·  Strong focus and dedication to providing a stable service to customers/consumers
