We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Associate, Multinationals .
Drive and proactively grow and maximize revenues as well as increase share of wallet from existing portfolio across all product groups including but not limited to cash management, trade, foreign exchange by working closely with the product partners and specialists.
Manage a portfolio of clients within sectors of the Multinationals team wherein there will be both local and regional coverage requirements with the aim of ensuring that the clients have full access to the product suite and global network of HSBC in order to achieve the business goal
Identify new business leads and introduce new opportunities and develop a trusted advisor status with the clients key decision makers in order to grow long term relationships
Ensure sound credit quality and growth of assets whilst managing returns for clients
Communicate and liaise with various internal stakeholders like Global Relationship Banker, In country Relationship Managers, Risk, Legal, Trade, Cash Management, Global Markets and Operations to deliver customized solutions and ensure a smooth implementation and client satisfaction
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and perform to the highest standards, combining client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external standards that apply to the conduct of the business including but not limited to Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering regulations and procedures in order to fight or manage Financial Crime Risk

Relevant years of Banking experience
Able to maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal or external auditors and external regulators.
Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators
