Principal responsibilities

· Ensures that the Counter Operations and General Administration functions of Sub-Branch deliver reliable, efficient and quality services
· Ensures that the work procedures and business activities adhere to the Group / Bank's policies and regulatory requirements
· Assists to keep the qualities of the Sub-Branch service and sales culture
· Assist Sub-Branch Manager in staff management of the Sub-Branch
· Support and Administrations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines OR relevant professional qualifications
·  Minimum 5 years' experience in the Mainland to acquire comprehensive knowledge of local commercial and banking regulations and practices, as well as the hierarchy of government departments, officials and their functions
·  Minimum 3 years' experience in managing subordinates to develop good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
·  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Experience in PFS/retail banking and others banking areas is an advantage
