Principal responsibilities
· Ensure the Operations and General Administration functions of the Sub-branch deliver reliable, efficient and competent services to support business growth
· Assist Sub-branch Manager build up close relationships with local regulatory
· Ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
· Develop and maintain a quality staffing in the Sub-branch
· Keep abreast of related rules and regulations and their impact on business operations
· Assist in the building of service branding and inculcate the service and sales culture
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum of 7 years' experience in banking operations, personal financial services or retail banking preferably gained in foreign banks, including 3 years' experience at managerial level
· Sound knowledge of China commercial and banking regulations and practices, as well as the hierarchy of government departments and their functions
· Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation
· Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
