Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Bank Greetering and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
The job holder should ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and RBWM's profitability through achievement of Retail Banking Sales Team goals and ensure customer satisfaction. He/she needs to focus on striving to develop new EBF and channel that will deliver sustainable Net New Money and New to Bank customer growth and profitability, ensure delivery of a consistently good outcome from EBF and ensures HML Outstanding Security clean up progress in China. In addition as a manager of the Retail Banking Sales BD team, he/she also needs to ensure the team members are well equipped with the knowledge of Retail& WEM product, HML product, credit policy and process. Meanwhile, the job holder should maintain HSBC internal control standards as well as Group Compliance Policy and operational risk control to minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
The job holder needs to acquire acquisition of New to Bank customer via EBF channel/resources. He/she also needs to acquire net new money from EBF drawdown and Net New Money from New to Bank customer from EBF channel/resources with money inflow by using multiple retails and WEM products.
He/she also needs to ensure the satisfactory customer experience level. He/she needs to have proper qualification not only for sound HML knowledge and channel communication skills, but also for referring retails and WEM products.
He/she is at higher experience level in developing retail banking product. As such he/she needs to experience sharing with fresh staff.

Contribute to the improvement of customer experience and strengthened market competitiveness
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
