We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Project Manager .

Principal responsibilities

· Assist Insurance Operations Manager, Projects on all projects primarily impacting Life Insurance Operations, but also on any local and global projects which also impact other parts of the Life insurance operations, for example FATCA, Global Standards
· Ensure smooth daily operation of the production system
· Ensure all new procedures and processes are well documented, fully compliant, and there are adequate controls in place which allow us to monitor their ongoing effectiveness
· Ensure all staff are adequately trained to manage implementation of any new practices or procedures
· Help to facilitate automation or introduce streamlined operational procedures for any new business initiative
· Ensure all projects are managed in accordance with HSBC Global Standards
· Ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress of all projects via regular communications, for example weekly meetings, reports

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​University Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science
·  Solid years of experiences in Project Management
·  Relevent Life Insurance qualification preferred
·  Prepare to try new things and to take on new challenges
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Fluent in English and Cantonese in both spoken and written
