Principal responsibilities

· Deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through successful initiation and delivery of major change projects / programmes fully aligned with Bank directions and priorities
· Facilitate the implementation of best practices and operations streamlining / standardization for credit service functions;
· Act as functional expert / representative to direct / participate in related projects and drive standardization initiatives after projects implemented in credit services
· Assist respective functional team to achieve satisfactory result through regulator / audit's on-site inspection
· Proactively identify chances to do change deliveries regarding credit services
· Quick response to new product / new regulatory requirement / new internal policy and work out corresponding work flow to adapt the changes
· Projects implemented are evaluated as helpful and acceptable by final operators
· Ensure both the quality and quantity of the projects are of high level
· Set user requirements and give advice to IT and product development project teams for enhancing the operating systems and features of products
· Improve productivity and achieve capacity /resources usage on a satisfactory level.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  3-5 years' related experience
·  Bachelor degree with major in Business, Finance, or Accounting
·  Good learning attitude and capacity.
·  Willing to work hard and under pressure and keen to learn and grow.
·  Fluency in both written English and Chinese
