We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Operations – HSBC Life.

Principle Responsibilities

· Attend to emails from distributors and other working partners
· Apply Attending Physician Statement (APS) from local and overseas hospitals and private clinics and its billing
· Prepare and requisite cheque payments for APS invoices
· Attend to enquiries on medical invoices, up to settlement of invoices
· Perform screening and report for any screening hits
· Ensure documents are correctly received for record filing
· Data capture and scanning of applications
· Prepare and dispatch of customer letters, policy documents and reports
· Ensure all required documentations with due diligence clearance are completed before issuance
· Prepare letters to request for medical tests and reports
· Active follow up on the progress and status of medical reports requests
· Liaise with distributors and active follow up on applications and requirements
· Other administrative functions as assigned by supervisor

·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Good technical, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
·  Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
·  Team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
