We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Non-Financial Risk Management.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Act as a CDD (Customer Due Diligence) expert by performing research, conducting customer contact and KYC (Know Your Customer) review according to internal and external regulations and policies
·  Recommend appropriate financial crime compliance measure(s) on respective relationship for fraud / anti money laundering prevention
·  Identify and escalate cases with potential concern on possible fraudulent application
·  Provide professional and high quality customer service to business customers
·  Identify service improvement initiatives and provide recommendation(s) on conducting portfolio de-risk
·  Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding document
·  Liaise with other teams to help with smooth delivery of customer service and to accomplish assigned tasks
·  Identify business opportunities throughout the KYC process to address customers’ needs

Requirements

·  University graduate with sales and service experience in banking industry is preferred 
·  Details conscious with good analytical reasoning
·  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
·  Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
·  Commercial banking products knowledge is an advantage
