We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Network Account Services .

Principal responsibilities

· Perform checker function on daily account opening tasks per instruction from clients and or internal parties
· Manage account opening, on boarding and project operations for Global Custody related clients
· Collaborate with various regional locations, banking operations, and client servicing teams to ensure the thorough reviews of account opening documentations, and to also monitor compliance policies using different operating systems within committed timeframes.
· Perform daily operational risk intervention, internal control monitoring and reconciliation on accounts to ensure all standards are met within group compliance, internal audit and Financial Crime Compliance
· Cooperate with both internal and external departments such as, sub custodians, fund houses and clients to sustainable trust and lasting professional relationships
· Work closely and engage with law firms and legal representatives for documents review and legalization of processes

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Have good understanding of the securities industry and custody business
·  Have experience in fund administration or custody
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
·  Project management skills and ability to coordinate across different teams
·  Attention to detail and effective time management
·  Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
