We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Digital Product Management.

Principal Responsibilities
· Jobholder is to execute strategies to increase direct channel usage including migrating customers from staff assisted channels (such as branches and agent assisted telebanking) to self service banking. This will include all activities revolving making the channels more user friendly including the support of PWS and PIB, MB, SSTs (self-service terminals), the customer satisfaction of e-mail support, the navigation of the interfaces and the communication of these alternative channels.
· Jobholder is required to attend all the regulatory projects meeting and drive the success implementation of all regulatory projects.
· Increase Digital Channel Migration. This includes migrating customers from branches or staff assisted channels to self assisted channels. In increasing channel migration, the jobholder will need to assess what is relevant to the consumer and enrich the channels to meet the requirements
· Increase Digital Channel Usage. This includes encouraging registered users to use these alternative channels for their financial transactions.

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Candidate must posses a minimum of 2 years experience in banking industry
·  Candidate must have sound management skills with good problem solving skills.
·  Candidate should have a good sense of understanding the customer segments of internet channel, mobile and ATM to drive sales via self service channels.
·  Job Holder should have strong knowledge of project management, technical knowledge to manage system implementation, enhancement, trouble shoot technical issues.
·  Candidate should understand the digital world and what attracts customers to buy via these self service channels in order to strategies and maximize sales.
·  Awareness of Financial regulatory and compliance procedures as required
·  Self starter, well organized and able to work independently.
·  Demonstrate attention to details and sense of urgency to meet required timeline.
·  Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and be change oriented
·  Excellent written communication skills
