We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Corporate Services.

Principal Responsibilities

· Achieving the company's retention target of the assigned corporate and member portfolio, by proactive portfolio management and building excellent customer relationship
· Managing customer relationship independently and meeting and exceeding the customer's expectation
· Generating business referrals to sales team from servicing activities • Providing constructive feedback from customers on products and services to management for continuous improvement
· Assisting team manager by providing support to the team

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience
·  Relevant experience in business development or customer services, particularly in the Mandatory Provident Funds and insurance industry would be a definite advantage
·  Proficient in Personal Computer skills including Excel, Words, and Database skill
·  Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
