Markets & Securities Services enables our corporate and institutional clients to access financial markets and liquidity, unlock investment opportunities, manage risk and transact seamlessly. We do this by bringing together financing solutions; sales, trading and distribution across multiple asset classes; research; clearing and settlement; global and direct custody; and asset servicing. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·     Accountable for daily client services quality to maximize client satisfaction. 

·     Provide excellent client service support for high client satisfaction rating and reference-able client base   

·     Lead the client’s service requirements on behalf of the business both internally and externally

·     Lead Client Service Review process ensuring stakeholder alignments including adherence to criteria in order to deliver the client service requirements  

·     Proactively ensure Securities Services is the best connected and can demonstrate the best understanding of the client service priorities, goals and expectations  

·     Demonstrate a high degree of teamwork and collaboration with global Securities Services teams and the broader HSBC network to deliver solutions to the client.  

·     Ensure the HSBC values are present in everything we do, both individually and as an organization. Displaying the behaviors of client knowledge and client focus, being a positive, helpful and driving team player, dependable and do the right thing, open to different ideas and cultures, connected to clients, internal stakeholder and each other.


To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·     Relevant client facing experience, with ability to interface and interact with both strong communication and presentation skills, and with a good commercial understanding.   

·     Minimum of 5 years of client service or senior operational experience in global custody

·     Ability to work across the organization collaboratively, whilst ensuring that the agreed client/HSBC agenda is effectively managed.

·     Ability to demonstrate high levels of industry knowledge  

·     Sound understanding of controls and risk management

·     Being a flexible, strong team-player
