We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Business Standards .

Principal responsibilities
· This role will work with Finance and the business lines to ensure that plan, operational other balanced score card business metrics are met.
· Support implementation and achievement of targets, apply a business understanding as to why plan is not being met and developing action plans to address shortfalls. This involves tracking key performance indicators.
· Assist in contractual compensation as well as tracking of results
· Improve processes within the Business Standards department.
· Ensure an effective working relationship with Finance, business areas, risk and operations, with clear lines of accountability.
· Adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Diploma or Degree Holder with some years of experience in the banking and finance industry.
·  Progressive analytical and planning experience within a reporting, project management function or equivalent.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
·  Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, decision-making and interpersonal and skills.
