Assistant Development Manager (Asset Management) (1 year contract)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Development Manager (Asset Management) (1 year contract) .

Principal responsibilities

Perform software / application development with state of the art technologies for supporting strategic business growth and development in Asset Management and Investment Fund business area

· Work closely with business on software/ application development, including collection & analysis of user requirements, systems design, development, testing and implementation
· Provide on-going support and maintenance for production systems and system enhancement to support strategic business growth and development

Requirements


·  University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
·  Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
·  Strong team and quality orientation, with attentiveness to detail
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  One to five years' hands on applications design / development experience in Visual Basic / VB.Net
·  Technical experience on Windows, SQL Server platforms
·  Knowledge of asset management, investment funds or securities is an advantage
·  Knowledge of supporting Portia is an advantage
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
