Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Review and formulate CDD/KYC procedures/workflows to facilitate the conduct of the various reviews and auditing processes;

· Identify process and system solutions for robust and risk-managed operations management to support business growth and operational efficiency enhancement;
· Be the operations SME to business partners and project stakeholders, contribute to the delivery of business and project objectives in terms of the process management and resources planning on Banking Operations services;
· Manage good relationships with business partners and function teams, adopt join-up approach to execute operations changes and controls with pace;
· Preparing management reporting for project progress and business performance;
· Support SME development by leading Global, regulatory and FIM requirements review within the team for process and procedures planning;
· Effective project management for services and processes deployment, propose improvements/changes as required;
· Observe FIM and Compliance policies to ensure Global Standards and operational risks are adequately identified, assessed, implemented, mitigated and controlled in procedures and day-to-day operations;
· Enable the procedures and guides up-to-date to comply with CDD policy
· Good understanding about project management, risks controls and Banking Operations requirements;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
·  Proven project management skills;
·  Hand-on experience in operational review, workflow design and procedures development;
·  Effective communication, inter-personal, negotiation, and problem solving skills;
·  Motivate to develop effective stakeholder engagement;
·  Solid knowledge on RBB / RBWM CDD requirements.
