The Corporate Sustainability function drives and implements the Bank's community investment strategy and programmes, staff volunteer activities and plays a key role in the ESG reporting process. We work closely with our community partners to develop, launch and execute corporate responsibility programmes that help enhance social and environmental well-being.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Corporate Responsibility Manager.
Principal responsibilities
· Assist the supervisor in planning and executing corporate responsibility programmes, and compiling related reports
· Support in identifying and initiating community sponsorship and donation opportunities
· Assist in the evaluation of proposals submitted by external parties/internal departments
· Support in the budget process and ensure internal policy compliance; and in charge of general administration management of the department
· Responsible for data management and preparing MI reports

Qualifications :
Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· Minimum of three years' relevant experience in corporate responsibility programme management, event management and public relations
· Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
· Good interpersonal and project management skills
· Experience in general administration, budgeting, database management and MI reporting
· Meticulous, able to work independently and multi-tasking
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
