We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Client Selection and Exit Management Exit Execution Manager .

Principal responsibilities

·
Support the Customer and Branch Hotlines of Client Selection and Exit Management Special Handling Unit in handling telephone calls and emails from customers who are exited by the Bank

·
Provide excellent services to manage customer's expectation aiming to smoothen the exit process

·
Handle all kinds of enquiries regarding the exit decision, restriction of bank services, closure of account, disposal of funds, etc. due to the exit execution

·
Tackle appeal request and manage serious complaint for difficult and demanding CSEM customers

·
Work with Banking Services to support the customer communication issuance including simple and complex cases for CSEM matters

·
Answer CSEM related enquiries from frontline or internal staff and coordinate the follow-up actions for the cases via telephone call or email.

Participate in process review and streamlining, data analysis, and development of the team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Degree holder with minimum 2 years of work experience in banking industry

· 
Practical knowledge of broad range of retail banking and wealth management products, services and operations

· 
Knowledge in Anti–Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) is preferred

· 
Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure

· 
Good communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic & matrix environment

· 
Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with logical and organized thinking

· 
Proficiency in written and oral English as well as Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
