Assistant Chatbot Digital Product Manager

Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Chatbot Digital Product Manager.
Principal responsibilities
· Lead key chatbot technical initiatives focusing on business strategic programs
· Work on end to end operations on an AI based chatbot product
· Monitor and consistently improve the performance of the chatbot
· Partner with key stakeholders and lead cross functional teams to successfully deliver initiatives to market
· Keep abreast of the latest market trends and technology and suggest ways to improve the chatbot functionality
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
· 3-5 years of working experience in developing digital products, preferably with AI or BOT technology knowledge
· Good knowledge of card business is preferred
· Strong attentiveness to detail, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
· Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese
