We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Business Management Manager .

Principal responsibilities​

· Support business performance initiatives in Retail Banking and Wealth Management Business in Hong Kong
· Coordinate and work with internal counterparts on distribution network planning, record retention and other team coordination tasks
· Follow up with different stakeholders on updates for project cost and benefit tracking, business initiatives, ad hoc analysis and management reporting
· Support reviews and assist to formulate recommendation on operating models, processes, procedures, and practices to contribute to operational efficiency, cost savings, revenue enhancement and customer experience improvements
· Assist in consolidation of inputs and preparation of presentation and executive summary

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements​

·  University Degree holder
·  Exposure in financial institutions, with sound understanding of project management methodologies, processes and tools
·  Experience in relevant operations and process reengineering is a plus
·  Possess strong analytical, presentation and communications skills
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Good problem solving skills with positive attitude
·  Independent, highly motivated and proactive self starter
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel spreadsheets
·  Hands on experience in storyboard presentation is a plus
